This page explains, simply, what Saha Carat does with the details you share when you send us an enquiry.
What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form, into the short form shown before WhatsApp opens, or into the appointment form: your name, phone number and/or email, how you’d like us to reply, your message, which piece you asked about, and the day and time you booked. We don’t use advertising trackers.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, help you with the piece you asked about, and arrange the appointment you booked. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only us. We never sell or share your details. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our database by MongoDB, who store it securely on our behalf.
Before WhatsApp opens, we note your name, number and message so we can follow up if the chat doesn’t reach us. The conversation itself takes place on WhatsApp and is covered by its own privacy policy.
